Sketch
We start with a rough sketch — sometimes from your photo or note.

Materials
Linen, silk, natural pigments and gold leaf — chosen for the piece.

Painting
Hand-painted in thin layers until the colour feels right.

Embroidery
Hand-stitched details where the piece needs them.

Finishing
Pressed, dried, signed and dated by the artist.

Packaging
Wrapped in muslin and a recycled gift box.

Certificate
Each original ships with a numbered certificate of authenticity.

Delivery
Delivered across Bangladesh — Dhaka in 2 days, elsewhere in 3–5.

Bornila is a one-artist studio in Dhaka. Sarees, paintings and commissions all leave the same pair of hands — which is why nothing here is mass-produced, and why the wait is sometimes worth it.প্রতিটি কাজ একজন শিল্পীর হাতে — ঢাকার একটি ছোট স্টুডিও থেকে।
